elu offers FREE shipping to Hong Kong and Macau on orders of HK$300 or more after discounts. Shipping fees will apply if your minimum purchase amount falls below HK$299 after discounts are applied. You will receive an email confirmation with your tracking information once your order has been shipped. You may track your order via hongkongpost.hk once your order has been shipped from our warehouse.
Order processing and shipping are done only on weekdays (not including Hong Kong public holidays) and your order will usually be dispatched within 24 hours. You can expect to receive your order shipped via Hong Kong Post delivery services within 2-3 days to most areas within Hong Kong. Shipping may take additional time during sale periods, holidays and extreme weather conditions.
If you're not 100% satisfied in any way with an item you've received, please let us know by emailing us within 7 calendar days of receipt, and within 30 days from the order date. Returns can only be made once authorized by our Customer Services.
Our site is aimed at customers who have experienced the product in our spa. If you have ordered the wrong product, then you can still return for a full refund but please note that the items must be unopened and unused and you will have to bear postage costs.
In order to process your returns as quickly as possible, all returns must include:
- A copy of your delivery note or your order number
- Return Authorization from Customer Services
- Please ensure that items are packed securely to prevent any damage in transit. We also suggest sending via registered post to the parcel can be traced. Shipping costs associated with the return of the product will not be covered by elu.
