- Purchased treatment packages are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for other treatment courses.
- Spa products cannot be purchased with any remaining cash value in treatment packages.
- elu. value plans & packages are not allowed to used with any of our treatment package deals or any other ongoing offers.
- Customers are required to provide their HKID no. as proof of identity when purchasing elu. packages.
- elu. packages may be shared with customer’s spouse and HKID no. of spouse must be provided when purchasing packages. The primary package holder is required to make the booking.
- Subject to staff availability, elu. spa will endeavour to accommodate for customer’s special requests for a particular therapist to carry out their treatment.
- elu. spa reserves the right to alter any treatment procedure or its price list.
- All elu. packages are subject to an expiry date and customers should be mindful of their validity.
- The customer is not compelled by elu. spa to purchase the services but is at his / her own free will to select and purchase the required services.
- In the event of any dispute, the decision by elu. spa shall be final and conclusive.
