Bookings
We highly recommend booking your treatment in advance on our website to ensure your preferred time and service is available. 

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations or no show within 12 hours will incur a 100% charge. 

Spa Arrival
We recommend that you check-in at our reception at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. This allows our therapist to have a brief discussion with you about your treatment and also provides you with ample time to enjoy our lounge. Please understand that late arrivals will not receive an extension of scheduled treatments.

Health Conditions
Please advise us of any health conditions, allergies or injuries that could affect your experience when meeting our therapist. Pregnancy: Please obtain doctor's consent prior to service. Spa service is not offered for mothers in the first trimester or to those with high risk pregnancies. 

Loss or Damage
Elu. spa will not be held responsible for any loss or damages made to personal articles. Please keep all valuables secured in your locker. 

Accidents and Injuries
Elu. spa will not be liable for any accident or ingury suffered by a member of guest.

Age Requirement
The minimum age requirement for access to the elu. spa is 18 years old. 

Refund Policy
No cash or credit card refunds will be processed.

Gift Card
Elu. spa gift cards are valid for a period of 12 months from the issue date. It cannot be used to purchase any products. Your gift card will be sent to your selected email address, if you have any problems in receiving the email, please contact us at booking@eluspa.com

Promotions
First-timer discount codes can only be used once per customer.
